In the Scope of University–Industry Collaboration, Cosming Welcomed Chemistry Students from Ege University

As part of university–industry collaboration, which is one of the cornerstones of scientific progress, we were delighted to host the esteemed students of the Department of Chemistry at Ege University in our Cosming R&D laboratory. During the visit, we explored our laboratory environment together with the young chemist candidates and shared comprehensive information on advanced analytical techniques used in the cosmetics industry, R&D project processes, and current application areas. We were truly pleased with the students’ curiosity, insightful questions, and their interest in our industry.

Conversations That Guide Career Paths

One of the most enjoyable parts of the visit was the sincere dialogue we had with the students. The participants eagerly asked about what we do at Cosming, how our recruitment processes work, how our team members crossed paths with Cosming, and how they started their careers in this field. As Cosming employees, we shared snapshots of our own career journeys and transparently conveyed our experiences in the industry with our young future colleagues. These candid conversations about career planning, internship opportunities, and development areas in the sector made the visit interactive and inspiring.
